These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Stoic Locker, a mobile app published by narrador ("we", "us"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Stoic Locker for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Google Play terms that apply to your device.
Subscriptions and purchases
Some features require a paid subscription. Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play. Prices, billing periods, and taxes are shown before you buy. Payment methods are handled by Google; we do not store card numbers.
You can cancel a subscription at any time in your Google Play account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; access may continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds follow Google Play policies.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or to harm others.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code except where law allows.
- Interfere with the app, our servers, or other users.
- Misrepresent your identity or abuse support channels.
App blocking and permissions
Optional app blocking relies on Android permissions you grant on your device. You are responsible for how you configure blocked apps. We do not guarantee that blocking will work in every situation or on every device.
Disclaimer
Stoic Locker and its content (including daily phrases) are provided "as is" for inspiration and habit support. They are not medical, psychological, or professional advice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, narrador and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the app or subscription in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50 if you have not paid anything.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the app. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) will survive termination.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated Terms on this page. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
